Return & Refund Policy
At BLACKTHRONE, every piece is treated as a premium luxury item. Our return policy is designed to protect serious buyers while ensuring each returned item meets strict quality and condition standards.
14-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your BLACKTHRONE piece must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was received.
Returned items must include all original packaging and materials, including the luxury presentation box, GRA report, certificates, cards, tags, and any included accessories.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The chain is unworn, unused, and free from scratches, dents, tarnish, residue, fragrance, oils, or signs of wear.
- The original BLACKTHRONE packaging is included.
- The GRA report, certificates, cards, tags, and accessories are included.
- The item has not been resized, engraved, altered, repaired, damaged, or modified in any way.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Worn or used jewelry
- Custom, resized, engraved, altered, or modified pieces
- Items with scratches, dents, missing stones, damage, residue, fragrance, oils, or visible signs of wear
- Items returned without the original box, GRA report, certificates, tags, cards, or accessories
- Items returned without prior return approval
- Gift cards or digital products
How To Start A Return
To request a return, contact us at YOUR-EMAIL-HERE within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, full name, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because BLACKTHRONE pieces are high-value jewelry items, all approved returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured shipping service. BLACKTHRONE is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or delivered without tracking confirmation.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
If the item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected and the item may be sent back to you.
Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees, upgraded shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BLACKTHRONE.
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at YOUR-EMAIL-HERE. Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short video if possible.
If the issue is confirmed, BLACKTHRONE may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered production, processing, or fulfillment. Once an order has entered production, processing, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved for eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery. The item must meet the same return conditions listed above.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import costs charged by their country. These charges are not collected by BLACKTHRONE and are not refundable by BLACKTHRONE.
Policy Abuse
BLACKTHRONE reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who abuse the return policy, return worn or damaged items, or attempt to return items that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
